Elite Integrity is not responsible for delays or service denial due to incomplete, incorrect, or fraudulent information.

3. Appointment Policy

Appointments are required for all services. Arrival times, location access, and readiness impact service completion. Delays caused by the client may result in rescheduling or additional fees.

Mobile and on-site services are subject to travel fees and availability. Clients must provide a safe and appropriate environment for service delivery.

5. Compliance & Refusal of Service

Elite Integrity reserves the right to refuse service if:

• Proper identification is not provided

• Fraud, coercion, or suspicious activity is suspected

• Conditions are unsafe or non-compliant

 

6. Limitation of Liability

Elite Integrity is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our role is to facilitate professional service—not to provide legal or medical advice.
