Our Commitment to Safety
 

All Elite Integrity collectors and notaries operate under strict professional, ethical, and safety standards. We expect the same level of respect, honesty, and professionalism from every client and participant involved in a service.
 

By engaging our services, you agree to provide an environment that is:

• Safe and secure

• Free from hostility, coercion, or intimidation

• Respectful and cooperative

• Accurately represented at the time of booking
   

Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
 

Elite Integrity reserves the absolute right to refuse or immediately terminate any service, including notarial acts, specimen collections, and screenings, if a collector or notary determines that a situation is unsafe, inappropriate, or non-compliant.
 

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Aggressive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior

• Verbal harassment, intimidation, or hostility

• Any attempt to coerce, pressure, or improperly influence a notarial act

• Lack of proper identification or unwillingness to comply with notary/legal requirements

• Presence of weapons or unsafe conditions

• Unsecured or aggressive animals

• Illegal or suspicious activity

• Misrepresentation of the service, participants, or environment
   

Immediate Action Protocol
 

If a safety or compliance concern arises:

• The appointment will be terminated immediately or declined

• The collector or notary will leave the location without delay

• No attempt to continue services will be made
   

Our team is trained to prioritize safety, legal compliance, and professional integrity—without exception or negotiation.
 

No Refund Policy for Safety or Compliance-Based Termination
 

If services are refused or discontinued due to safety or compliance concerns caused by the client or associated parties:

• All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable

• The appointment will not be rescheduled

• Any future services may be denied at Elite Integrity’s discretion
   

Zero-Tolerance Policy
 

Elite Integrity enforces a zero-tolerance policy regarding any behavior or condition that compromises:

• The safety of our collectors and notaries

• The legality or integrity of a notarial act

• The professionalism of our service environment
   

We reserve the right to:

• Decline future service requests

• Permanently restrict clients from booking

• Document and report incidents when necessary
   

Client Acknowledgment
 

By booking with Elite Integrity, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understand this policy

• You agree to provide a safe, lawful, and appropriate environment

• You will not attempt to influence, coerce, or interfere with any notarial or collection process

• You accept that services may be refused or terminated without refund if safety or compliance is compromised
